Count viewing sessions, not installations
Installing a player on a television, phone and tablet does not by itself tell you how many streams a subscription permits. An IPTV connection limit concerns simultaneous viewing; a saved login or a TV profile is a different thing. List the screens you actually use and mark which ones need to play at the same time.
- Count screens playing, not just applications installed.
Match the allowance to the selected service
On IPTV Subscription, the currently confirmed Opplex packages allow one simultaneous connection. The Filex allowance has not been confirmed, so ask support about the exact selected plan rather than borrowing the Opplex rule. A Google TV profile helps separate a person’s Google services and activity; adding a profile does not change the service allowance confirmed with your provider.
- Keep the plan name beside any written connection allowance.
Make switching screens deliberate
If you want to move from one screen to another, stop playback on the first before opening the second. Allow the player to close its session; this is a sensible handover, not a promise about a provider’s timeout. If access still fails, report the devices involved and when playback stopped. Ask about any approved multi-screen option before purchasing another plan.
- Never share a password or a private playlist link.
