Identify the product behind the payment
Before making an IPTV app payment, identify what the checkout actually describes: the player application, an optional player feature, or access supplied by a service. A receipt for an application is not enough to establish what a separate service account includes. When arranging viewing through IPTV Subscription, keep the player name and service name in separate notes. Compare the item description, seller and purchase date with the confirmation you received.
Find the matching store subscription
For Google Play billing, open the subscriptions list with the Google Account used for the purchase and locate the relevant product. Google’s official guide explains that uninstalling an app does not cancel its subscription. Compare the entry with your receipt. Do not assume an in-app billing screen confirms payment to a separate service provider, or that removing the player changes a service arrangement made elsewhere.
Ask the team responsible for that item
Send the player developer questions about a player feature or app purchase. Ask the service provider to clarify what its own order includes and how to identify the corresponding account. State the named product and purchase date, and describe which screen is requesting payment. Share an order reference only through the appropriate private support channel. Keep passwords and private playlist links out of screenshots, then wait for clarification before paying for the same purpose again.
